1. Applicability:
The present General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to all business relations. Provisions differing from those indicated in our General Terms and Conditions cannot be accepted unless agreed on by me and the customer in writing, in individual cases.
2. Payment / Fullfillment:
After the customer recieved an order confirmation, the order should be payed within 7 working days. By end of this term we are authorised to withdraw from the sales agreement. Until the complete paylemnt of the order, the property in the goods reimains at digalittledeeper.net. I reserve myself not to furnish the promised achievement in case of their unavailabilty. In such case, the commodity value if not agreed on differently by the customer, is credited and charged with the next order. Bank- or customcharges that may occur in such case are to be payed by the customer.
3. Shipping:
All parcels are send insured via Deutschen Post (DHL).
4. Delivery time:
After the payment being recieved by us, the ordered goods will be shipped immediately. Delivery times vary from country to country. Usually a deliver witin Europe takes 3-7 days, to overseas 14 days airmail.
5. Reciept of the delivery:
When recieving your delivery, please check taht parcel & goods are not damaged. If the parcel is or seems to be damaged, please check it in presence of the deliverer, acknowledge the demagae, note the deliverers name and hand back the parcel to the deliverer.
6. Returns Right/Revocation:
The customer can cancel his order within 14 days after recieving it. The revocation must be effected in writing (also by e-mail) or by returning the goods. To comply with this term, it is sufficient to send the written revocation or return the goods within the stipulated period. No reasons have to be given for the revocation. The time limit of one month within which the purchaser can revoke in writing (also by e-mail) or by returning the goods commences with the receipt of the goods and the revocation instructions. Revocation Consequense:
The purchaser is obliged to pay the usual costs of the return consignment, if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the value of the returned goods has a gross amount of up to 40,00 EURO or if, at the time of revocation and in the case of a higher value of returned goods, the purchaser has not paid the respective price or an instalment that has been contractually agreed on. The return consignment is otherwise free of charge for the purchaser. There is no right of revocation for contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings, i.e. vinyls, cds, if the delivered data carriers were sealed and the purchaser has unsealed them.
7. Miscellaneous:
Prices are subject to confirmation and can be changed by us. The vaild price is the one stated on the invoice to the customer.
